The Ria Formosa Lagoon is one of the most popular bike routes in Faro. The Ria Formosa route is mostly flat paved surfaces that are acceptable for all ages. It is also renowned for its fun family/group tour as it is an intermediate bike ride, where there is no need for fitness level requirements to endure the tour. The Ria Formosa route will take a minimum of four hours, with a distance of over 50 km.
